Customer service stood out with friendly staff who went above and beyond, especially during breakfast. The room was a highlight, featuring comfortable queen beds, a spacious layout, and three balconies offering fantastic views. Additionally, the lack of proper card processing equipment at check-in caused unnecessary delays. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with promising amenities waiting to be explored further.

We had a wonderful stay for three nights in a Queen Room with a fantastic balcony, really enjoyed the fireworks show on the 4th of July! The sauna and sun terrace were perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The only downside was the breakfast situation, as it was a short walk across the parking lot, but overall, we would absolutely recommend it! 🌟

The stay offered a mix of vintage charm and functionality. Rooms were clean and offered comfort, though some areas lacked attention, and the service could be more welcoming. Overall, it was decent for a short visit but room for improvement definitely exists.

I recently stayed at Satellite for work and found my Queen Room to be immaculate, with standout details that truly impressed me. The staff was exceptionally helpful, assisting me efficiently with my presentation needs. Additionally, the location offered convenient access to local dining options, which was a plus during my stay. The breakfast service was delightful, featuring a buffet with various hot items that made mornings enjoyable.
Parking space was limited, and I struggled to find a spot.

The breakfast at Orbit Diner was off the charts, with flavors that made my taste buds dance! Plus, my Queen Room was super clean and comfy, allowing me to recharge after culinary adventures. The vibe of the hotel is unique, with friendly staff that made it feel like home.
Now, on the flip side, the A/C saga was a bit rough—80° in the room at check-in had me sweating like it was summer! Also, the pool was a no-show on multiple occasions, leaving me high and dry for a splash.

missingWrote a review on Oct 04mountain viewunique atmosphereinconsistent temperature
The mountain view from the room adds a spectacular touch to your stay, making mornings worthwhile. The hotel concept integrates both hotel and condo aspects, presenting a unique atmosphere that some might find charming.
A major downside includes the inconsistent air conditioning, where a malfunctioning thermostat led to a sweltering 80°F upon check-in. The pool provided a letdown as it remained closed multiple times with little communication, and the free breakfast only included a five-dollar coupon for limited options, which fell short in quality.

We enjoyed staying next to a golf course and loved being close to The Citadel Mall and the United States Olympic Complex. The rooms were nice, and the staff was super friendly. Just a heads up, the lobby decor feels more like a college dorm, but the stay was totally worth it.
One downside was the parking situation.

The view from our room was the highlight, honestly like nothing else I’ve seen. Plus, the beds were super comfy, felt like sleeping on clouds after a long day.
It wasn’t exactly affordable either.
